My 2025 Outlook

My birthday is in October and I use this time to reflect and make a plan for the coming year. Then when the new year starts I am ready to add, or subtract, the things I have made plans for.

This year’s planning added a new layer, a business plan for 2025. While the “business” part that has really taken off is tech editing and designer support, the plans I ended up focusing around include my pattern publication calendar and how I want to blog and share tutorials in the future.

I am a tech editor, I’m also a designer and educator and I want to put those skills to use as well. I’m in the process of gathering all the yarn that is needed for the projects for 2025, which is really cool. Most of it will be US wool. One project is from stash yarn from We Crochet.

I have plans to add two new services, publish nine patterns, maybe open a store on my site and for two stitch alongs that will be hosted in my Ravelry group.

I also have personal fiber goals. I want to finish the crocheted dragon I started in mid 2021, work through Patty Lyons’ Knitting Bag of Tricks, crochet another blanket and knit two cotton tops to add to my wardrobe.

I am very excited about what the next year is going to bring. What would you like to see from Azariah’s Fibre Arts in 2025? Comment below or send me an email at sara@azariahsfibrearts.com.

Happy Making!
