This pattern is a little different from those that I have published in the past. It is a three piece set; hat, cowl and mitts. I have set up the directions so that each piece can be printed with its yarn list, color order and directions all together.
For each piece I listed the amount of each color of yarn in yards / meters and grams for the largest size.
There is a table for you to fill in for each of your pieces so that you can plan the color placement and the “balance” you desire.
The measurements given are of the finished pieces. That said, the brim of the hat is VERY stretchy. The small will easily stretch to 21” / 52.5cm if worked at the gauge stated in the pattern. This will help the hat stay on the head a bit better. If you want a looser fit, go up a size. The largest hat goes over my 23” / 57.5cm head with my hair in a ponytail. The mitts are stretchy too but not quite to the point of the hat.
