NEEDLES
Size US 5 / 3.75 mm circular 16” / 40 cm for sizes A-D; 24” / 60 cm for size E-H; 32” / 80 cm for sizes I and J.
Set of 4 double points in the same size for sleeves.
Size 7 or 8 / 4.5 or 5 mm needle, any kind will work, for binding off.
NOTIONS
4 locking stitch markers, 1 progress keeper, 2 stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle

GAUGE
Approximately 27 sts and 32 rows/rnds to 4” / 10 cm in moss stitch, lightly blocked.
SWATCH
CO 39 sts using the backwards loop cast on.
Row 1 (RS): [K1, P1] across to the last st, K1.
Row 2: [P1, K1] across to the last st, P1.
Row 3: Repeat Row 2.
Row 4: Repeat Row 1.
Rep Rows 1-4 for 50 rows. Bind off, loosely, in knit. Block lightly, take measurements and compare to pattern gauge info. Adjust as needed.
Top down raglan cardigan construction. Beginning at the neck and increasing for the yoke, the sleeves will be placed on stitch holders or waste yarn and finished after the Body is completed.
