Spring Leaves – KNIT

The long scarf resting on the porch railing.

This is an Estonian scarf, worked in the traditional way. The body piece is worked with a garter frame all around. The edging is knitted separately in two pieces and then sewn on by hand and grafted together at the corners. I used a single ply yarn for mine, but any light weight lace yarn will work. Gauge is not critical. You should swatch however to make sure that you have enough yarn to complete the scarf. If you have any questions please call me. Enjoy!
