Needles
US size 4 / 3.5 mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
You will need dpn 6” / 15 cm long, set of 5, and circulars from 16” / 40 cm – 40” / 100 cm long.
Notions
Stitch markers, one that is different to mark the start of the round and about a dozen others or so to mark section repeats if desired.
70, 6/0 clear, silver lined, glass seed beads and a tool to place them.
GAUGE
The best way to measure your gauge for this project is work rounds 1-28 of the shawl. Block the piece somewhat aggressively so that the lace opens up. Rounds 1-28 should measure about 4.5″ / 11.25 cm in diameter.
The shawl is worked from the center out using a pinhole cast on. There is an option for adding sleeves or not and the directions walk you through both.
