Shipping and Return Policy

Please note, the following policies apply only to physical items purchased through the Azariah’s Fibre Arts (AFA) shop and not any editing or graphic design packages.

AFA is currently only able to sell and ship website orders within the contiguous US. AFA products may not be resold in any other online or physical store without permission from AFA.

Orders may only be shipped to one mailing address. Customers needing orders shipped to multiple addresses must place one order per address.

To reduce AFA’s carbon footprint, orders will always be shipped in full. While we endeavor to keep our website inventory up to date, if part of an order is not in stock by the time an order is fulfilled, AFA will contact customers with the choice of waiting for the missing item to be restocked or receiving a refund for that part of the order.

Items cannot be added or removed from an order after the order is paid for. Customers who wish to change their order may contact AFA to see if it is possible to cancel their existing order and place a new one.

To cancel an order, contact AFA via the Customer Service Form. Please note if the order has already shipped it cannot be canceled.

Free returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued through PayPal to the account or card used once the items have been returned and verified as being in good condition.

If the wrong items were shipped to you, the order was damaged in transit, or you never received your order, please contact AFA via the Customer Service Form before initiating a return.

  • If the order was not received, AFA will attempt to locate the package with their shipping vendor prior to sending a replacement or offering a refund.
  • If items were damaged in transit, AFA may request photos of the damage, in order to file a claim with the shipping vendor.
  • When stock is available, AFA will offer customers the choice of having replacement items shipped at no additional cost or receiving a refund. If stock is not available, payment for missing or damaged items will be refunded.
  • Please note: AFA cannot refund items damaged after the package was delivered to the customer – this includes items left outside that incur weather related damage or damage from animals or people (outside of those employed by the shipping vendor) who may interact with the package.

 Please note the following exceptions to our refund and return policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. (See above for instructions if your order was damaged in transit.)
  • Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
