If you have ever wanted to make socks from the toe up AND the cuff down using the same pattern, Port Socks can help with that. Making the same sock using both methods brings a different kind of understanding of the differences of these 2 techniques.
The instructions for these socks includes both cuff down and toe up instructions. Try one of each or choose your favorite method.
The directions are both written and charted.

MATERIALS
Needles
US 1.5 / 2.5mm to work in the round in a small circumference; either double point needles, 1 long circular needle or 2 short circular needles.
Yarn
Fingering weight yarn 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon 435 yards / 393 m to 100 g
